Building my team from 22 people to 245 people, on the way to 700 people
Going from managing one location to 87
Learning about operations, running a call centre, people management, team building, and being a boss
Firing an employee on unpleasant terms
Watching close friends get heartbroken
Watching close friends get engaged
Watching close friends get married
Tweeting
Getting addicted to, and giving up, Farmville
Watching Texas lose the National Championship Game
Hearing the only approval I have ever gotten from a boss...my Mom said, “You're doing good.”

Working till 1:00 am regularly

Taking my team out for lunches and dinners
